The Battery Bank Return Policy
An RMA number is required for all returns and warranties.
RMA numbers for a return or refund must be requested within 90 days of the invoice date.
You may request an RMA by calling (800) 229-9449 or sending an e-mail to sales@batterybank.com
All returns must be 100% complete with the original packaging.
Returns must be completed within 15 days of the date the RMA number was issued. A 15% restocking fee applies to orders returned due to no fault of The Battery Bank.
Customers are responsible for freight on all returns and exchanges. Credits will be done as soon as our return dept. processes your return. Please allow 30 days from the date your return for your credit to be issued.
